ezhongmachine.com is operated by EZHONG Heavy Machinery, a B2B manufacturer of heavy plate forming machinery. The site provides product information and a Request-for-Quotation (RFQ) channel. It is not an online store: we do not offer online ordering, online payment, or user account registration.
Product specifications, images, and prices on the site are for general reference. An RFQ is an invitation to negotiate, not an order. A contract is formed only by our signed written quotation / order confirmation and sales contract.
All content (text, drawings, logos, photos, software) is owned by EZHONG or its licensors and protected by law. You may not reproduce, republish, or use it commercially without our written permission.

Quotations are valid for the period stated (default 30 days) and exclude import duties, taxes, and local freight unless specified. Prices are governed by the agreed Incoterms® (e.g., EXW, FOB, CIF).
All orders are subject to our written sales confirmation. Technical parameters, lead time, packaging, and acceptance criteria are fixed in the contract.
The site and its content are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZHONG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use. Our aggregate liability under any contract is limited to the contract value.
Buyers are responsible for complying with applicable export-control and sanctions laws in their jurisdiction.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved by negotiation, then by arbitration or competent courts as agreed in the contract. As this is a B2B relationship, mandatory local consumer protections do not apply.
Neither party is liable for delay or failure due to events beyond reasonable control (natural disaster, war, pandemic, customs, or transport disruption).
We may amend these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are provided for general information and do not constitute legal advice. Have them reviewed by qualified counsel for your jurisdiction.
Submitting an RFQ or requesting a catalogue does not create any obligation for either party. We review each inquiry, may request technical drawings or site parameters, and issue a written quotation. A binding contract exists only when both parties sign our order confirmation / sales contract.
Quoted prices exclude VAT, import duties, and local on-carriage unless the Incoterm states otherwise. Prices are stated in the currency agreed in the quotation (typically USD, EUR, or CNY). We may adjust prices for changes in material, exchange rate, or scope agreed in writing before contract signing.
Payment is by bank transfer (T/T) or letter of credit as agreed in the contract. A typical schedule is 30% deposit to commence production and the balance before shipment or against shipping documents; exact terms are fixed in the sales contract. We do not accept online payment through the website.
Buyers represent that they and their end-users are not listed on any applicable sanctions / denied-party list, and that the equipment will not be used for prohibited end-uses. Buyers are responsible for obtaining any required import / export licenses. EZHONG may suspend or cancel an order where compliance would be violated.
Where a buyer supplies drawings, designs, or specifications, the buyer warrants they do not infringe third-party rights and agrees to indemnify EZHONG against any claim arising from their use. EZHONG retains all intellectual property in its standard designs, tooling, and documentation.
You may not assign your rights under a contract without our written consent. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
The signed sales contract, together with these Terms and any quotation / technical appendix, is the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, except for separately signed confidentiality or distributor agreements.
