JSL required a reliable plate leveling solution for its steel structure manufacturing applications. Based on the customer's requirements, EZHONG designed and manufactured a 13-roll CNC Hot Plate Leveller, combining a rigid machine structure, CNC-controlled leveling, and advanced work-roll drive technology.
The equipment was developed to provide stable and accurate leveling performance for medium and heavy steel plates.
Before shipment, EZHONG conducted a complete commissioning and leveling test at its factory. During the test, the machine successfully processed a 40 mm thick, 1650 mm wide steel plate with a strength of up to 1000 MPa, with the final leveling result controlled within 5 mm.
The successful test verified the machine's performance under the customer's specified working conditions and formed an important part of the project acceptance process.
